Pilates With Shell is more than just a fitness business.

With a long-term mindset centered in sustainability and lifelong vocational work, I am working on providing ways for more people to access high-quality, impactful, inclusive training to improve anyone's well-being -- no matter how much they are able to pay for the services.

​

Pilates With Shell is a proud recipient of the Business Training Grant provided by the San Francisco Small Business Development Center (SBDC);

​

Additionally, a top 100 Finalist in the Small Business Growth Fund provided by Progressive Insurance and Etsy, presented by Hello Alice and Global Entrepreneurship Network.

​

As with all good quality things, developing this small business takes time -- I'm working on creating accessible Pilates training opportunities for people in my communities.
