Pilates Mat

There are SO MANY options for mats out there.  My personal preference includes thick cushioning to protect my joints and being sturdy enough to hold its own.  I've tried many mats on the market, and this mat from Merrithew (Stott Pilates) is still my favorite

Fascial Release

Again, so many options...  I love these because they are soft, thick, and pliable -- super helpful for releasing tension in a safe and productive way.  You can use them wherever you need to increase mobility, including the soles of your feet.  As with any fascial release tool, of course, the way you use it matters as much as the tool itself...

Toning Balls

Toning balls are great for warmups and building strength while gently stretching your wrists and hands.  I would recommend either 2 or 3 lbs for beginners.
